General Rules 

• Please turn off all lights, fans and air conditioning when outside the apartment.

• No paper in the W.C.

• No loud noise after 11pm. Music is not permitted to be played outside the apartments. No parties.

• No guest after 12pm

• Please leave full garbage bags at the end of the passage under the stairs .

• Large bottles of drinking water are available at the end of the passage.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

• Check out 11am. Check in 2pm

Long term rentals- The cleaner comes most weekdays, please inform Nick the day before when you want your apartment cleaned.

The main supermarket is Chedraui in El Centro but for most basic things you can use Rubi’s minisuper at the end of the road.

EL ARBOL – Food court next door 

LYCHEE – Thai style food down at La Punta. Also great cocktails 

PIYOLI– Good option at La Punta. Especially vegetarian and juices 

PIRATE SHIP- Opposite Rubi’s on the main highway. Breakfasts and juices. 

S.O.S SPORTS BAR- La Punta’s original. Sport on TV, bar games, Darts, Ping pong, bar food.
